Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is overtime calculated?

Hours beyond the working pattern or schedule are flagged as overtime; once the manager approves, they enter payroll with a 135% supplement on the hourly rate (gross ÷ monthly hours).

Is the GPS check mandatory?

No. It is enabled per team, usually field and delivery, and disabled for office teams; the location is stored only for the clock-in event.

What if someone works on a holiday?

Holidays are on the calendar; work that day is flagged separately, goes for approval and enters payroll with a 150% supplement, night work on a holiday with 185%.

Do the records satisfy the labour inspectorate?

Yes. Monthly records per employee with start, end, breaks and hour categories export to PDF and Excel and are kept with an audit trail.
