About · Merot DOOEL Skopje

A small Skopje team building software to Macedonian rules

Since 2021 we have built custom software for companies and run Merot HRS, a cloud payroll system. Merot ERP, a cloud accounting system, is in development for November 2026. Everything is built in Skopje to the rules of the tax office, MPIN and e-invoicing, and we run our own company on our products.

Why we exist

Payroll and tax rules change. Software has to change with them.

In North Macedonia, payroll, invoices and taxes follow rules that change often: MPIN and E-PDD filings to the tax office, e-invoicing, contribution rates. Many companies still track them in Excel or old desktop software, and every change means manual work and a new chance of error.

Merot was founded to fix exactly that: cloud business systems built for Macedonian regulation, and a team that updates them when the rules change.

Today we work in two ways. For companies with specific processes we build custom software and integrations. For the needs almost every company shares we run a product of our own: Merot HRS for payroll and HR. Merot ERP, for companies and accountants, launches in November 2026.

What we do

Three services and two products.

The same team and the same standards: fixed scope and price per phase, and a demo every two weeks.
