Merot Payroll API
Payroll calculation, МПИН and e-PPD files, and payslips through one API — for HR and accounting software that would rather not build the rates, contributions and UJP formats itself.

The same engine Merot HRS runs on, exposed over an API for any integrator. You file the МПИН and e-PPD files with UJP yourself — the API does not submit on your behalf.
Scope
North Macedonia, v1
- Gross↔net calculation, single and batch, using the rates in force on the payment date, including the July–December 2026 rates.
- Contributions and personal income tax, with proration for partial months.
- Annual-leave accrual, carry-over and termination cash-out.
- МПИН XML and TXT files, with validation before generation.
- e-PPD, including gross-from-net, and ПДД-ГИ files for contractor payments.
- Payslips (PDF) in Macedonian, Albanian and English.
- SDKs for TypeScript and C#; a sandbox environment for testing.
Important: files generated by this API (МПИН, е-ППД, ПДД-ГИ) are filed with UJP by you; the API does not submit on your behalf.
