Merot HRS · Reviews

Reviews that actually happen

Cycle, goals, questionnaire and reviewers are set once; the system reminds participants and collects the self-assessment, the manager's review and peer feedback. The result is a history per employee and a basis for pay and development decisions.

30-day trial with full functionality.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can peer answers be anonymous?

Yes. Anonymisation is switched on per cycle; answers are stored, but the identity is hidden from the reviewee and the manager.

How many cycles a year?

As many as you want. The default is quarterly goals and semi-annual formal reviews; each company sets its own rhythm.

Are reviews linked to pay?

Results are visible when a raise or bonus is approved, but the manager makes the decision; the link and the decision stay in the audit trail.
