What's the cost of the agent model?
For the main carrier — no extra cost. Commission is separate from your subscription.
How is commission calculated?
Configurable — % of delivery fee, % of COD, fixed per shipment. Different per agent.
Can the agent collect COD?
Yes — with per-agent settlement. System nets out before transfer.
Branches in foreign markets?
Yes — note: local regulators + currency are your responsibility. System supports multi-currency + multi-language.
Are white-label partners supported?
Yes — each branch/agent can have own logo, domain, SMS sender. Customer never sees Merot.
How do we start with an agent network?
Recommended: 2-3 own branches (main cities) + 5-10 agents for regional coverage in Q1.
