Under Tariff No. 1, point 1: a bracketed fee — up to 10,000 MKD it is 480, up to 20,000 it is 800, up to 40,000 it is 1,200, up to 60,000 it is 1,600, up to 100,000 it is 2,000 MKD. Above 100,000 MKD add 2% on each started denar, capped at 48,000 MKD (legal persons) or 6,000 MKD (natural persons).
For civil lawsuits above 100,000 MKD the Tariff No. 1 cap differs: 6,000 MKD for natural persons and 48,000 MKD for legal persons (2020 amendment).
