Mobile Development

We build mobile apps for the App Store and Google Play. Our portfolio includes 4 native iOS apps (Outsourcing, HRS, Logistics + driver/agent app) and a Kotlin Android app (Logistics) — all in production, all with 4.5+ star ratings.

Concrete deliverables

  • Native iOS apps (Swift / SwiftUI / UIKit) — App Store submission, in-app purchases, push notifications, background tasks.
  • Native Android apps (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose) — Play Store submission, Material Design, Firebase / Crashlytics.
  • Cross-platform (React Native + Flutter) — when sharing a code base across iOS + Android makes business sense.
  • Companion apps for web SaaS products — auth, deep-linking from email/web, offline cache.
  • Driver / field-worker apps — GPS tracking, barcode scanning, signature capture, offline-first sync.
  • Internal-only enterprise apps — sideloaded via MDM, signed with your enterprise certificate.

How we work

01

Discovery (1 week)

Wireframes, App Store + Play Store strategy, native vs. cross-platform decision matrix, written 6-page brief.

02

Design + prototyping (1-2 weeks)

Figma flows + interactive prototype on real devices. Sign-off on UX before code.

03

Build (3-8 weeks)

TestFlight + Firebase App Distribution every Friday. You can install builds on your iPhone/Android day-one.

04

Submission + launch

App Store Connect + Play Console submission, screenshots, copy localisation, ratings + crash monitoring setup.

Engagement model

Mobile pricing depends on requirements: iOS, Android or both; native versus cross-platform; offline mode; device features; backend APIs; payments; push notifications; QA devices; and App Store / Play Store submission. Book a scoping call and we will recommend the right build path before quoting.

Frequently asked questions — Mobile Development

Native or cross-platform — how do you decide?

Native when: hardware integration (camera, NFC, ARKit), demanding animation/3D, App Store featured-app aspirations, or two distinct UX patterns per platform. Cross-platform when: same UX on both, content-heavy, fast iteration, smaller team. We give a written recommendation in discovery.

Do you handle App Store + Play Store submission?

Yes. Including the legal/privacy nudge nags Apple sends, screenshots, copy, and the inevitable rejection-fix loop. Plan for 1-2 review cycles per submission.

What about Apple/Google account ownership?

Your accounts, your money. We work as authorised developers under your Apple Developer Program / Play Console membership. You hold the cert + signing keys.

Push notifications + APNs / FCM setup?

Standard. Including provisioning, server-side integration (we usually wire through Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, APNs HTTP/2 on iOS), and the Privacy Manifest paperwork.

Offline-first apps?

Common request — our Logistics driver app has it. SQLite (CoreData / Room), conflict resolution, background sync. Plan for 30-50% extra engineering vs. always-online.

How do you handle widgets / Apple Watch / Android Wear?

Yes — we've shipped Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, Apple Watch companion apps. Add ~10-25% to project scope per platform extension.

TestFlight builds — how often?

Weekly minimum during active development. We push to TestFlight + Firebase App Distribution every Friday and tag the release. You install on your phone, give Friday-evening feedback.

What if Apple rejects the app?

We handle the appeal + the resubmission. Common causes: missing privacy manifest, IAP interpretation, demo account credentials. We have a typical reviewer-feedback playbook.
