Office Space

We run our own offices for Merot's product team in Skopje and Ohrid, and we host outsourcing clients in Skopje and Pristina. The boring stuff — internet uplinks, building security, cleaning, kitchen restock, snow removal in winter — is already solved. You get desks for your hires, you get a meeting room when you need one, and you get a single monthly invoice instead of a property manager, an internet vendor, and a cleaning contractor.

Concrete deliverables

  • Dedicated desk per employee, ergonomic chair, dual-monitor mounts, sit-stand desk on request.
  • Gigabit fibre internet (primary + LTE failover). Static IP available on request.
  • Kitchen: espresso machine, drinking water, snacks, fresh fruit twice a week. Lunch options: subsidised cafeteria in Skopje location, food-delivery friendly area in Pristina/Tirana.
  • Meeting rooms: 4-person huddle and 8-person conference, included. Larger event space available by booking.
  • Parking: secure underground in Skopje, gated lot in Pristina/Tirana — 1 spot per 2 employees.
  • Mailroom: package handling for equipment shipments, identity-verified delivery, shred service.
  • Security: 24/7 building access for your team via badge, no badge access for non-employees, CCTV in common areas only (not dedicated rooms).
  • Cleaning: daily, plus end-of-week deep clean. You don't think about it.

Single point of contact for any operational issue. We respond same-day for facility issues, 4-hour for IT, immediate for security.

How we charge

Per desk per month, all-inclusive: €350 in Skopje, €380 in Pristina, €320 in Tirana. Includes desk + chair + monitors + internet + kitchen + meeting rooms + cleaning + security + parking + mailroom. Dedicated suites (8+ desks): -10%. 12-month commit: -15%. Equipment is your property if you bought it; we offer rental too — see /outsourcing/services/it-equipment.

FAQ — Office Space

Can my team work hybrid (3 days in, 2 home)?

Yes. The desk is yours whether you use it 5 days or 2. Some teams hot-desk: book a desk per day via our app, pay €18/day instead of monthly. Hybrid teams typically choose dedicated desks anyway because the equipment + monitors stay set up.

Can I host a client / candidate in your meeting rooms?

Yes. 4-person and 8-person rooms are included. We have a larger 20-seat event room available by booking (€80/half-day). Reception will greet your guest.

What if my team grows fast?

We'll add desks. Skopje and Pristina have spare capacity for 50% growth without moving floors. If you outgrow that, we'll relocate you to a larger area in the same building or a sister location with 30 days notice.

Is the office Merot-branded? My team's morale would prefer not.

By default, the building lobby has Merot signage; the floor your team is on is unbranded. If you want your own signage in your area, we'll install it — no charge.

What about MK or XK / AL summer / winter breaks?

We're open 365 days. Public holidays observed by skeleton staff (security only, no kitchen/cleaning). Schools' summer break (mid-June to early September) doesn't affect office availability.

Do you have offices in Belgrade / Sofia / Podgorica?

Not yet — we don't host clients in those cities. We're happy to recommend coworking partners (Smart Plaza Belgrade, Worksbench Sofia, etc.) and we'll cover the introduction. For 5+ desks in any of those cities we may consider opening a Merot location — ask us.
