Адвокатска тарифа published by the Macedonian Bar Association (АКМРСМ). We mirror chapters I (written documents), III (representation), IV (legal remedies — appeal/revision/constitutional surcharges), V (advice), and VI (common surcharges + arbitration).
These are the *standard* fees. The lawyer can quote a different price by written agreement; the tariff sets the floor for court-awarded costs and serves as a reference for client billing.
Chapter IV adds a percentage premium for legal remedies: +50% for appeal, +75% for revision to the Supreme Court, +100% for constitutional complaint. These apply on top of the chapter I/III base fee.
