Routes and dispatch

Fewer kilometers, fewer calls, more deliveries

The system groups shipments by zone, driver, capacity, and priority while dispatchers see where intervention is needed.

What routing includes

Zones

Cities, neighborhoods, villages, and custom geozones for price, priority, and coverage.

Drivers and capacity

Routes by driver, vehicle, capacity, working time, and shipment type.

Stop sequence

Optimized stop order for less driving and more realistic arrival windows.

Inter-city legs

Multi-leg routing: Skopje to branch, branch to agent, agent to customer.

Retry delivery

Failed deliveries return to a new route with reason and next action.

Dispatch board

Live view of drivers, stops, delays, failed deliveries, and new orders.

Frequently asked questions

Is routing fully automatic?

It can be automatic or dispatcher-approved. We recommend suggestions plus human confirmation at first.

Can it work with fixed zones?

Yes. You can use fixed cities, zip codes, polygon zones, or manual assignment.

What about urgent shipments?

Urgent shipments get priority and can be inserted into an existing route with a push to driver.

Is ETA supported?

Yes. ETA can be computed from route, GPS, stop count, and statuses.
