Merot is a technology company headquartered in Skopje with teams in Ohrid. We build cloud platforms and provide outsourcing services in Macedonia — payroll, EOR, HR, accounting, logistics and software development.

How Merot started
Merot was founded in Macedonia in response to a simple problem: Macedonian companies were using outdated desktop software for payroll, accounting and HR, while international partners had no reliable way to outsource teams in Skopje or Ohrid without long legal processes.
We brought both sides together onto one platform: cloud-native software for the local market (Merot HRS, Merot Finance, Merot Logistics) and end-to-end outsourcing services (Merot Outsourcing and Merot Technologies) for clients who want to build teams in Macedonia without their own legal entity.
Today more than 50 companies use our products for outsourcing Macedonia, IT services Macedonia, HR, accounting and logistics. The goal stays the same: accessible, localized, cloud-native technology for the region.
