From pickup to drop — one algorithm
Driver assignment by zone, route optimisation, real-time GPS. Driver scans barcode/QR, captures signature, photo, GPS at delivery.
What you get
Route optimisation
Driver gets the optimal stop order. Time + distance minimised.
Real-time GPS
Dispatcher sees the driver on a map. Customer ETA auto-computed.
Barcode / QR scanning
In-app camera scanner. Fast scan at pickup, load, delivery.
Signature + photo
Proof of delivery. Stored in S3, accessible from dashboard.
Push notifications
Driver: new shipment. Customer: out-for-delivery, ETA. Shipper: delivered.
Zones + pricing
Polygon-based zones. Auto pricing by zone + weight.
Pickup to delivery
Pickup
From shipper via API/portal/phone. System assigns driver by zone.
Scan + load
Driver scans each shipment in-app. Loaded into route.
Deliver + sign
Scan, COD if applicable, signature, photo, GPS. Customer receives SMS/Viber.
Return + reconcile
Failed deliveries return to branch. COD reconciled.
Frequently asked questions
How does route optimisation work?
TSP heuristics + constraints (time windows, weight, refrigerated). Recomputed each morning and when new shipments are added.
Can drivers work offline?
Yes — actions queue locally and sync when connected. GPS tracks even offline.
How many drivers can I have?
Unlimited. Per-driver monthly pricing. Volume discount on large fleets.
Multiple vehicle types?
Yes — per-driver attributes (vehicle type, capacity, refrigeration). Assignment respects them.
How are mid-day re-routes handled?
New shipment inserted at the optimal stop — driver gets a push with the updated order.
Inter-city dispatch supported?
Yes — multi-leg routes (Skopje → Bitola branch → Bitola-based driver). Each leg has its own assignment.
