How is overtime calculated?
+35% above standard hours. Daily cap 10 hrs, weekly cap 8 hrs overtime, annual cap 190 — per Labor Relations Act Articles 116-119.
Can I set different shifts?
Yes — morning, afternoon, night. Recurring or irregular. Customisable per employee.
What about holidays?
The system recognises Macedonian statutory holidays and auto-applies +50% for work on those days.
Is GPS clock-in mandatory?
Optional. Can be enabled per team (field / delivery) and disabled for office teams.
How does it flow into Finance?
Hours flow into the payroll batch. From there, journal-entry postings sync to Merot Finance if connected.
